Ordering, Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy – Keesh Fashions

Welcome to Keesh Fashions! Please read our Ordering, Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Ordering Process

1.1 How to Place an Order

  • Browse our collection and select the desired product(s).

  • Choose your size and quantity, then click ‘Add to Cart’.

  • Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and select a payment method.

  • Review your order and confirm payment to complete your purchase.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details.

1.2 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Any order placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

2. Payment Methods

We offer secure payment options for a hassle-free shopping experience.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

✅ UPI & Wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

2.2 Secure Payment Policy

  • All online payments are encrypted and processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Keesh Fashions does not store your payment details.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

3.1 Can I Cancel My Order?

✅ Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team. ✅ Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

3.2 How to Cancel?

  • Email us at info@kaminoz.in or call our support team within 12 hours.

  • Provide your order number and cancellation reason.

  • If the order is eligible, we will cancel it and process your refund (if applicable).

3.3 Auto-Cancellation

  • Orders may be auto-canceled if payment is not received within 24 hours (for manual transfers).

  • COD orders may be canceled if the verification call is not confirmed.

4. Refund & Return Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate wear are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Wrong product received (size/color mismatch)

  • Defective or damaged item

  • Item missing from the order

4.1 Refund Process

  • Contact us at [Insert Email] within 24-48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide images of the incorrect/damaged product for verification.

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

4.2 Refund Method

✅ Online Payments: Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
✅ COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer (details required).
✅ Store Credit Option: Customers can opt for store credit instead of a refund.

4.3 Non-Refundable Items

❌ Used, washed, or altered products
❌ Items without original packaging or tags
❌ Panties, bodysuits, and lingerie sets (unless defective)
❌ Shipping charges (non-refundable)
